We had an emergency with a leaking fire sprinkler.. The technicians (especially David) who came to our home were efficient, respectful and explained everything that was happening. They diagnosed and resolved the problem that very evening, to our satisfaction.

Infinity Fire Protection has been servicing our wet sprinkler systems, backflow preventers, and fire extinguishers for years now, and they have been incredible! When the techs come out, they are more than happy to take the time to answer any questions I may have, efficiently handle the inspections/tests, and promptly call or text me with any issues or to let me know they've wrapped everything up. Specifically speaking, their Services Coordinator Layla, has always been nothing short of amazing! Without fail, she provides ample notification before annual services are due and somehow is able to get us on the calendar at the quickest availabilities, and that are the most convenient for our Hospital. Whenever there is repair or follow-up work identified in our annual inspections, her actions, timeliness, and communication are no different. On multiple occasions, Layla has acted as the conduit between our Hospital and the City/County in order to ensure compliance with reporting requirements and/or extensions when additional service or testing needs to be performed. She not only makes my job exceptionally easier, it almost feels like she's doing some of my job for me! Layla is no doubt, the major contributor in establishing Infinity Fire onto a very short list of vendors that's an actual pleasure to work with each and every time!
